Mô tả công việc

- Make stock balance for assigned key accounts by proactive getting them order, then getting approval from Country Manager, reminding customer to receive goods, solving failure goods in his/her authorization; support to prepare delivery documents;
- Receive purchase order/ sales order from sales team or customer then proceed those orders with appropriate departments;
- Support sales create new product code, vendor code, and customer code on system;
- Support sales to compose all documents for approval, quotation, contract;
- Support sales to order gift, calendar, and notebook; even support sales to make list and order gift for customer;
- Support the others works related when sales team are on field;
- Support sales to get data for sales reports;
- Support sales to collect bad debts from customers;
- Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade/ Business Administration or related majors
- 2+ year-experience in sales admin/ sales support/ customer care in distribution companies. Chemical trading companies is an advantage.
- Fluent in English – writing and speaking
- Female
